K9 Gronk is a male German Shepherd born in Hungary. K9 Gronk is a multi-purpose patrol canine specializing in detecting the odor of illegal narcotics and locating evidence/articles & apprehension of dangerous suspects. K9 Gronk’s handler, Officer Nichols has been serving in law enforcement since January 2017. Officer Nichols and K9 Gronk have been serving together since July 2021. Officer Nichols and K9 Gronk look forward to a safe and successful career serving the citizens of Kernersville for many years to come.

K9 Vadyr is a male Belgian Malinois/Shepherd mix born in Hungary. K9 Vadyr is a multi-purpose patrol canine specializing in detecting the odor of illegal narcotics and locating evidence/articles & apprehension of dangerous suspects. K9 Vadyr’s handler, Officer Highfill is a 3 year veteran in law enforcement. Officer Highfill and K9 Vadyr have been serving together since September 2019. Officer Highfill and K9 Vadyr look forward to a safe and successful career serving the citizens of Kernersville for many years to come.
