If you have information regarding a crime or incident that occurred in the Town of Kernersville please fill out the following form. If you wish to remain anonymous you may, but if not, your identity will be kept confidential.

Please take the time to provide as much information as possible. I.e. license plates, vehicle descriptions, and/or the identity of suspicious or suspected criminals.
